AnnAnn Taylor RN, PhD, CNS, HTCP/I
Ann’s special interests include oncology, gerontology, education and volunteering in Tijuana. Her dissertation research focused on Healing Touch, Fatigue and Patients with Hepatitis . She is currently an Adjunct Nursing Professor at Hawaii Pacific University and Nursing Teacher/Clinical Instructor at Dalhousie University, in Nova Scotia, Canada. In her “spare” time, she volunteers her nursing services in Haiti, assisting earth quake victims. Ann has three sons and spends her free time swimming, boogie boarding or surfing with her dogs at the beach.

DeniseDenise Anthes, RN, BSN, MBA, ThD, HNB-BC
Denise Anthes is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor for HEALING TOUCH PROGRAM Level 1 and Level 2 classes. She is a RN with a BSN and an MBA, and a ThD in Integrative Healthcare. She is also a board certified Holistic Nurse (HNB-BC).

JeannetteJeannette Nienaber, BSc. MEd., HTCP/I, ATP

After spending some time in research, Jeannette took her passion for science to the classroom where she taught senior sciences for 35 years. In 2001 she started Healing Touch and was soon teaching the basics to both staff and students as a form of stress management and self-care. A perpetual student, she has studied many types of energy medicine and has an ongoing commitment towards the development of leading edge research that integrates science and complementary therapies.  Currently an instructor for HTP Levels 1 and 2, and Anatomy for Healers, she also serves on the Science Advisory and Certification boards. She delivers engaging and eclectic workshops on many facets of energy medicine ranging from quantum science to mysticism--all of which are designed to bring clarity, understanding and empowerment to each of her audiences.

BeverlyBeverly Dixon, HTCP/I, PhD
Beverly received her HTCP in 2008. She has been practicing Healing Touch as a volunteer since 2003 at the Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic in Oakland, CA, which provides numerous complementary modalities to low-income women with cancer, and at Hope Hospice since 2009. She is a certified HEALING TOUCH instructor for Level 1. Bev has also taken courses in Energy Medicine and HEALING TOUCH for animals. She has given presentations on HEALING TOUCH at local hospitals and clinics, and is a charter member of HTPA.

Beverly completed training in biology with an undergraduate degree from Southampton College of Long Island University (B.A.), an M.S.P.H. (Parasitology and Laboratory Practice) from the School of Public Health, University of North Carolina, and a Ph.D. in Medical Microbiology from the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Georgia. She has been teaching medical microbiology at the university level for over 20 years. In 2000, she was chosen as a Fulbright Senior Scholar and spent 6 months teaching in Poland at the University of Warmia and Mazury. As part of her scientific career, she has visited and spoken in many countries including Ireland, Belgium, and Spain in Europe, as well as Ecuador, Honduras, Panama, and Mexico in Latin America. She is a member of the volunteer group Los Medicos Voladores (Flying Doctors), and accompanied the medical mission to Guatemala in August 2009. She is currently a professor Emerita at California State University, Eastbay, where she teaches students majoring in nursing, biology, and medical technology.
